Root-Cause Therapy
Root-Cause Therapy is a powerful healing method designed to identify and address the fundamental causes of distress in our lives. This therapeutic approach operates on the principle that unresolved traumatic experiences from the past can impact our present reality and our ability to create a future that’s aligned with our highest good.
This process works on all levels of consciousness to address mental, emotional, physical and spiritual blockages that are causing disharmony and imbalance. Using a combination of guided exploration, introspection, breathwork, kinesiology (muscle testing), regression techniques, and somatic tools, you’ll explore and release subconscious belief systems and programs that are holding you back.

Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditation is an ancient practice that helps us focus our attention to bring about feelings of calm and heightened awareness. Meditation guides us beyond the personality and deeper within ourselves so we can experience a more profound and connected sense of reality.
Mindfulness is the ability to be present and fully engaged with whatever we’re doing in the moment. A mindful practice helps us return to, and remain in, the present - to anchor ourselves in the here and now on purpose, without judgement. From this perspective we can access our true power and gain a sense of calm, clarity and connection.
Learning to meditate and practice mindfulness is like learning any other skill. It takes patience and consistency to develop your practice and it’s often easier if you have a teacher to guide you.
I combine meditation and mindful awareness techniques in most of my offerings and I am passionate about teaching these tools to help people go deeper into their own experience and benefit from these powerful practices.
I offer private 1:1 meditation/mindfulness coaching and I am also available for groups, events, retreats and corporate wellbeing initiatives.

Manifestation Coaching
Manifestation is the process of bringing our dreams and goals to life via our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions.
Manifestation works on the principle that if we have the ability to dream it, we have the ability to create it.
We are a powerful creators with limitless potential, but how can we start to consciously manifest the life we want instead of unconsciously repeating the same cycles and continuously finding ourselves in undesirable circumstances?
You’re probably familiar with traditional manifestation techniques such as affirmations and vision boards, however, there’s more to manifestation than just willpower and positive thinking alone.
In order to truly tap into our creative powers and achieve sustainable results, we need to look at manifestation through a trauma-informed lens.
Our nervous systems are geared towards safety and survival and the avoidance of pain and suffering. Unresolved traumatic experiences from the past can make us believe it is unsafe to take the inspired action required to move us in the direction of our goals. So, even though we may deeply want to attract something into our lives, the nervous system may try to prevent us from moving forward as a survival strategy.
Our past experiences can also create limiting beliefs that are held in the subconscious mind, sometimes without us even realising. The subconscious mind is responsible for creating 95% of our reality and if our core beliefs are not aligned with our desires, its very likely we will sabotage them.
I use manifestation coaching techniques that are designed to help you get clear about your desires and how to remove the blockages that are preventing you from manifesting them into your reality.

Personal Coaching
1:1 Personal coaching is for anyone who is looking for support, guidance, encouragement, focus, clarity or direction (or all of the above). Coaching is designed to empower you and add value to your everyday life and enrich your ongoing journey.
In a world that glorifies and encourages material wealth, external accomplishments, unsustainable productivity, continuous achievement and endless consumption, it can be easy to forget about your value as a human being and the importance of prioritising yourself, your own inner work and your personal development.
Each and every person is deserving of the satisfaction that comes from reaching their own potential and creating a life that they love rather than a life that looks good on the outside but is deeply unfulfilling on the inside.
Perhaps you have clear personal goals that you would like to work towards and areas of your life you would like to focus on. Or maybe you are feeling a little lost and lacking clarity or direction. As a qualified trauma-informed coach, I recognise the impact of unresolved trauma from past experiences and how this may be affecting your life. While personal coaching sessions don’t exclusively focus on trauma resolution, I always take care to acknowledge where traumatic imprints may be present and I have various tools and techniques that can be used to help identify your triggers, regulate your nervous system and empower you to proactively approach any challenges you may be facing. It is always my intention to create a safe and open space for you to explore your inner landscape free from judgement or expectation.
